Returns
Cat at Heart Cards and Gift uses a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only after you order it (special orders). This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, model, or simply if you changed your mind about the purchase.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, there is the possibility of a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery with a clear photo accompanying the request, showing the issue. in the case of multiple, duplicate orders which have issues, those issues must be demonstrated as a group in ONE photo or video.
